Our Process Explained
We’re communicating with you via daily photo uploads and routine documentation.
Schedule management and daily communication through every step.
Step 1 – Initial In-Person Meeting
We shake hands, get the details and start managing to meet your timeline.
Step 2 – Site Survey
When requested, we verify the site is ready for the fixtures and buildout.
Step 3 – Installation Plan
All the steps needed to ensure we complete the project on time.
Step 4 – Installation
The team is onsite to receive your fixtures and get to work.
Step 5 – Self Punch
We check through the construction documents, fixture layout and fixture elevations, completing the work to plan specifications.
Step 6 – Punch Walk
You or your client representative inspects each component of our work alongside our team lead. We make final adjustments, if needed.
Step 7 – Grand Opening
The retailer’s operations or merchandising team does their magic. All’s ready on time!
