Installation

Global Caseworks deploys employee teams with experienced lead and technical installers. Our highly skilled carpenters fit all the fixtures together to deliver fully functional stores, ready to turn over to the operations or merchandising team. We proactively check each component of our work and provide daily photo updates and checklists so everything’s in place for your final walkthrough—and the store is ready to open on time.

Installation Services

Buildouts: We install all the fixtures in the design plan to your exact specifications, including on-site fabrication when needed. If requested, we perform a pre-installation site survey, taking field measurements to ensure the designated space is ready to receive the casework.

Millwork Packages: When you need to install new store fixtures, remodels or store refreshes, individual wall displays and other millwork components, we’re in and out quickly with minimal disruption to ongoing business.

Prototypes: We install full or partial store designs, then work with you and your client as you hone the customer experience. We provide expert support through the testing process until your client decides the store delivers just what their customers want.

New Store Rollouts: Count on us for consistent and efficient buildouts for multiple locations—whether in the same state, region, across the U.S. or Canada.

Touchless Retail: Contactless shopping is a growing trend that we’ve been part of since the beginning. We install whatever lockers and bays you design for customer pickup.

Program Management

Millwork companies don’t always have the bandwidth to manage every project. Global Caseworks’ leadership and installation team leads can take over wherever you need us to, making sure the details are handled in service of the project’s big goals.

Program Management Services

Scheduling: We partner with you to establish project phases, timelines and schedules, including recommendations for managing resources and labor, keeping things on time, every time.

Inventory Verification: We cross check inventory to make sure it’s on site and match your bill of lading (BoL) to ensure all the components are in place exactly when they’re needed.

Documentation: Global Caseworks generates real time records for your review on your network or ours—your choice. We show daily progress, inventory status and punch list photos.

Punch Work: Call on us to take care of any and all final details not completed by another installer. We jump in quickly to finish and perfect whatever’s holding back your project.
