We do things the right way, starting with mentorship of every installer. Our company and installation team leaders are experienced project site managers and skilled carpenters. We employ and train installers to be responsive, flexible, efficient and sensitive to the needs of clients and their customers. It’s why fixture manufacturers call us to solve problems created by other installation companies. We jump in and get things done the right way, to a T.
Meet the Leadership Team

David Dingman
CEO, Installation Director and Founder
David has over 30 years’ experience in the retail and construction industries. Starting as a retail operations manager, he became interested in the construction side of retail, seeing the need for a more strategic approach to outfitting stores.
David is Global Casework’s first point of contact for new clients and the go-to person for key stakeholders in their customers’ organizations. He is actively involved in all operations as mentor, trainer and facilitator.
Travel provides David with the most fulfilling parts of his role: seeking out and hiring the best installers nationwide, mentoring employees and spending time with customers.
Jaspreet Mann
Operations Manager
With many years in the fixture installation business, Jaspreet knows that precision and attention to detail are key to an efficient operation and customer success.
For her, supporting the company’s customers and installation teams and managing Global Caseworks’ operations add up to fun. Each day presents something different from the day before providing welcome challenges. Above all else, she values the meaningful relationships she cultivates with employees and clients alike.
Our Employee Installers
Global Caseworks employs teams of installers on a regional basis. Every installer receives mentorship training, exposing them to different projects and challenges under the supervision of experienced peers. Installers overlap on different teams and cross-train each other so everyone improves and achieves the highest possible skill levels.
Our Lead Installers run their assigned projects from the site, making all the decisions needed to keep things moving forward. The leadership team is always available to them for support on a project, whether they need problem-solving help or more resources.
As a company, we share every challenge and lesson, and we all grow together.
